Y3: Bollywood Dancing

Today, we have been exercising by doing Bollywood dance workouts!

This was lots of fun and was a great way to keep fit. This is because Bollywood dancing is very high energy and upbeat, with movement that boosts oxygen supply to key muscles, providing great exercise and improving muscular resistance over time.
