In PE, we did star jumps, squat jumps and more. Before the star jumps, we did relays. Whilst we did this, we did some circuits to stretch our legs. Then we ran around the field. At the end of the lesson we did a cool down. In the cool down we stretched our arms and legs. It was fun. We put our arms over our heads and leant forwards to stretch.
